Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
PawLocket is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
PawLocket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at pawlocket.contacto@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will file a claim on your behalf.
